Yushah es un tronador que participa en la Batalla de la Explanada Thayleña en Roshar en 1174.[2]
Aparencia y personalidad
Venli observa el espíritu de Yushah en el Reino Cognitivo, describiendolo con el tamaño de un edificio y retocido hasta el punto de ser irreconocible como un cantor.[3] Su cuerpo se manifiesta en el Reino Físico como un monstruo altísimo que parece un esqueleto hecho de piedra, con brazps tan largos como su cuerpo y manos que parecen ganchos o espinas.[4][2] Como otros tronadores, Yushah tiene unos nueve metros de altura y tiene ojos rojos.[4][5]
Atributos y abilidades
Los tronadores son entidades cognitivas inusuales[6] que han existido desde las Desolaciones[7] y no pueden ser matadas en condiciones normales,[8] así que no se conoce la edad de Yushah.
Ella es increíblemente fuerte y puede aplastar a sus enemigos o a estructuras fácilmente con sus manos masivas. A pesar de su tamaño, puede atacar con rapidez y precisión.[2] Las armas convencionales no pueden herir a los tronadores, pero las hojas esquirladas pueden cortar sus cuerpos endurecidos.[9]
Puede entender órdenes de Odium o los Fusionados,[2] pero no parece ser capaz de hablar o comunicarse de otra manera.
Historia
Yushah y Kai-garnis son los tronadores que fueron despertados para el ejército de cantores antes de la Batalla de la Explanada Thayleña, cerca de la bahía contigua a Ciudad Thaylen.
Yushah and Kai-garnis were the thunderclasts awakened in the midst of the singer army before the Battle of Thaylen Field, near the bay adjacent to Thaylen City. The spirits of the thunderclasts sank into the stone of the ground, animating it; Kai-garnis emerged into the Physical Realm first and was tasked with destroying the city wall and attacking the Thaylen Gemstone Reserve.[3] Dalinar Kholin knew Yushah had manifested a short time later, hearing the loud cracks of stone as her body took shape.[3] Yushah headed east across the battlefield, meeting Kai-garnis when she returned with the King's Drop; Odium assigned Yushah to help guard it.[2] Yushah stayed near the rear of Odium's army while Kai-garnis moved back into the city to attack the Oathgate.[2]
After Dalinar realized the importance of the King's Drop, he sent Lift to retrieve it. Lift pursued the Fused that was carrying the gemstone, but came too close to Yushah, who was smashing the ground attempting to crush Lift despite inadvertently killing nearby allies.[2] Yushah eventually landed a blow on Lift, severely injuring her, and moved to kill her. However, Szeth appeared wielding an unsheathed Nightblood, cleaving Yushah in two and subsequently vaporizing her body.[2]
Nightblood is known to consume Investiture and destroy in all three Realms,[10] and Yushah is permanently dead.[8] Yushah's death is not something Odium would have anticipated, and will have ramifications in the future.[8]
