Isasik Shulin was an Alethi cartographer on Roshar.[1]
He acted as the Royal High Cartographer to Gavilar Kholin.
It is probably he hails from the city of Shulin.
He was present on the Shattered Plains, and accompanied the trip to Narak and onward to Urithiru.[2][3]
