Iyatil is a member of the Ghostbloods, a secret organization on Roshar.
Usually dressed in a simple trousers and shirt, Shallan mistakes her for a boy the first time seeing her;[1] she also wears a red-orange carapace mask.[2] She purports to be Mraize's master, instead of the other way around, and is thus presumably a high ranking member of the organization.[3][4] She has also been confirmed to be a Worldhopper, supervising Mraize.
It is speculated that Iyatil is the 'Visitor' encountered by the Shardpool in Shadows of Self
