“Eleven years of war, and nine out of ten people I once ruled are dead. Do we even have kingdoms to lead any longer?”
Eiliz was a kingdom on Roshar during the Desolations.[1] Nohadon commented to Dalinar in one of his visions that Eiliz, like Tarma, would not survive the Desolation, as too many of its people had perished.
Dalinar had never heard of the place.
