Nan Balat Davar is a lighteyed Veden on Roshar.[1]

Family

Balat was the second son of Lin Davar, his mother was dead. He had four siblings: Helaran, Wikim, Jushu and Shallan. After Nan Helaran, Balat's eldest brother, disappeared and was proclaimed dead by their father, Balat gained the title 'Nan'.
