Zellion is a Shardbearer of unknown allegiance and origins.[1] They are involved in unrevealed events in the cosmere.
Trivia
- The character was first revealed as the final stretch goal for the Stormlight Premium Miniatures Kickstarter run by Brotherwise Games.[2]
- Johnny O'Neal, the president of Brotherwise Games, has indicated that Zellion will be a new character and not an alias of an existing character.[3]
- While Zellion is shown wielding a white Shardblade in the Kickstarter image, this is just a placeholder commonly used in Ben McSweeney's concept art.[3] Their Shardplate also appears to have some unusual characteristics, but it is unclear how much of the design will be retained.
- The concept art depicts them as smaller than Dalinar.[3]
- Their gender has not been stated.
- They share their name with the protagonist of The Sixth Incarnation of Pandora, Brandon's unpublished fifth novel. In that book, Zellion is a soldier made immortal through advanced technology which is also slowly driving him insane.[4] Brandon has confirmed the origin of the name and stated that Zellion will "kind of" be related to the previous version of the character, but reimagined for the cosmere.[5]
- Brandon also used the name Zellion for his character in a playthrough of the video game Elden Ring.[6]
