Vaceslv is a member of Kholinar Wall Guard.[1][2][3] He is a part of Noro's squad, Platoon Seven, Squad Two.
Appearance and Personality
Kaladin describes Vaceslv as a friendly man; Alethi, but with obvious Thaylen heritage. Vaceslv is of the tenth dahn, the lowest rank of lighteyes, and views middlers, lighteyes who are above the eight dahn but not quite highlords, as useless.
