Re-Shephir is an Unmade on Roshar, one of nine spren that exist as Splinters of Odium. Discovered by Shallan Davar in Urithiru while Re-Shephir was imitating murders that took place, such as the murder of Sadeas. Re-Shephir seeks to understand humans via imitating their actions, though she seems most drawn to violent actions such as murder or stabbings. It is possible, since she is the Midnight Mother and has "essence", that she is related to Midnight Essence.
During their confrontation in the library within Urithiru, Re-Shephir was protecting a pillar covered with cut gemstones.
