Appearance and Personality
Liganor is a nice older man. He is short, bald, and somewhat tubby with a short neck. He is too fearful to make an open stand supporting the Knights Radiant, instead disappearing to his rooms when he realizes things are brewing for a fight in the atrium.[1]
History
