Jezrien, also known as Jezerezeh'Elin or the Stormfather, was one of the ten Heralds of The Almighty.
He was their leader, and was described as having a royal bearing. His looked about 30 at the Last Desolation, with a short neat black beard. He used to be a king, but it has been several centuries since he reigned. He seemed distraught at the ending of the Oathpact.
