Bettam is an ardent at Jokasha Monastery.[1]
He believed that the Everstorm would force them to move, as the wind would knock down all the trees and be able to directly hit the monestary. He disputed another ardent's measurements claiming the Everstorm does not have strong enough winds to cause that level of damage.
