Longbrow is a Thaylen historical figure who sailed the seas of Roshar in the mid-late 700s. A proud figure, Longbrow was regarded as boastful by Nikliasorm, with whom he sailed and by whom he was liked. He died circa 774.[1] It is unknown whether Longbrow's Straights are named for this figure or whether Longbrow and the straights themselves are both named for the long eyebrows of the Thaylen people.
