The council of curates is a seminal group in the Vorin religious organization. They are based in the Holy Enclave in Valath. They control church doctrine and follow the Covenants of Theocracy.
They visit Urithiru to denounce and excommunicate Dalinar Kholin after he declares that the Almighty is not God.[1] Before this, Kadash pleads for Dalinar to help him sooth their anger, but Dalinar argues against saying he believes in lies for the sake of holding to traditions.[2]
