They are lean, four legged grazing animals. They leap on their hind legs with their two clawed forelegs pulled in close to the body. They are easily startled and are prey animals, eaten my humans. They have barely any shell on them, which is unusual for a Rosharian animal. It is unknown where they live, other than the fact that their habitat includes [[Tashikk]]. [[Lift]] finds them tasty to eat.
It is a Rosharan analogue of a deer, in the same way [[axehound]]s are analogues of dogs.
