Beldre was a skaa Coinshot[1] from Urteau on Scadrial.
Her brother was Quellion. She had deep auburn hair, green eyes[2] and was described by Spook as being able to wear a skaa's dress with "striking elegance".[3]
When Spook first causes a scene during one of Quellions speeches, she uses her allomancy to stop him from killing one of the guards with a sword, although Spook assumes that it is in fact Quellion who is the coinshot.[2]
