Jedal is the father of Spook.[1]
Appearance and Personality
Jedal is described as a large man, covered dust and dirt because of his job as a miner. Only a brief flashback describes Jedal, but in that flashback he is seen as cruel and brutal, wanting to kill Spook because of his Allomancy.
Actions in Spook's Flashback
Jedal was a skaa miner. He was married to a woman named Margel, and was the father of Spook. Jedal discovered Spook was an allomancer when Spook was young. Too frightened to turn Spook in to the Steel Ministry, Jedal decided to kill Spook himself. Before he could, however, Clubs, Jedal's brother-in-law, intervened.
