Shan Elariel was a noble of House Elariel on Scadrial.[2]
Appearance and Personality
Shan is a tall noblewoman with long dark auburn hair[2][3]. She is incredibly sure of herself to the point where she treats anyone below her rank as being less than her [2].
History
She was a high ranking noble-woman and was the fiancée of Elend Venture. It was rumored at court that she was a Misting carrying a sliver of metal concealed in her sleeve. After Vin feels Shan Soothing her emotions, she begins to spread the rumor that Shan is a Soother. This later proves to be incorrect as she later reveals herself to be a full Mistborn, one of at least two in the service of House Elariel.
She was killed by Vin while attempting to assassinate Elend as part of inter-house warfare.[1]
