Skyward 3 is the third book in the Skyward series by Brandon Sanderson. It is the sequel to Starsight. Brandon wants to call the book Nowhere. [1]
Development
In an AMA leading up to the release of the first book, Brandon stated that the trilogy would likely become a four book series.[2] In his 2018 State of the Sanderson, he stated that due to completing work on Rhythm of War, Skyward 3 "won't be written until 2020, for a spring 2021 release."[3] In the 2019 State of the Sanderson, this was updated to writing in late 2020 for a "likely" 2021 release.[1]
