Ettmetal is a metal of unknown origin used by the Southern Peoples of Scadrial. It explodes when it gets wet, can be used to make bombs, and fuels the air ships and cubes.[1] It is likely potassium or sodium, as they are the most common alkali metals (metals that explode in water).
It is the term used by Allik Neverfar and does not translate to a word known in the language of the Basin.
