The Stansel Belt is a dangerous part of the slums of Elendel on Scadrial. When Wayne impersonated Wax and asked a boatman to take him to the Stansel Belt, the boatman became panicked, thinking that Wayne was luring him there to be robbed. It is somewhere on the eastern side of Elendel off the Irongate River, likely in or near the Third Octant.[2]
