Stansel Belt is a dangerous part of Elendel’s slums. When Wayne impersonates Wax and asks a boatman to take him there, the boatman became panicked, thinking that Wayne was luring him there to be robbed. It is somewhere on the eastern side of Elendel, likely in or near the Third Octant.[1]
