The Stormlight Archive is an epic fantasy series by Brandon Sanderson. The first volume, The Way of Kings, was released on August 31, 2010.
The series is estimated to be ten books long, and each book will have one major viewpoint character, with the other major characters complementing that character. In The Way of Kings, the main character is Kaladin, with Shallan and Dalinar as the other major viewpoints.
The second book of the series currently has the working title Highprince of War, however this may change depending on who has the main viewpoint, Dalinar or Shallan.
The Stormlight Archive is set on the world of Roshar.
