Pahn Kahl is a small territory of Hallandren.

It is a small state to the south of Hallandren[2]
History
It was an independent nation prior to the rise of Hallandren. The subjugation of the natives by the Hallandren lead to the Pahn Kahl rebellion.
Religion
The Pahn Kahl are nature worshippers.Plantilla:Annotation ref They focus on the storms of the Bright Sea (also called the Inner Sea) as a manifestation of their "unity" of five gods. They believe that all Returned are men who deny the power of their gods and are forbidden entrance into heaven, but not sinners worthy of hell, so they are given another chance to try at life and find belief.
Many people in Hallandren in the present day, such as Siri, do not understand the Pahn Kahl religion, as many associate the Pahn Kahl as simple Hallandren, rather than their own distinct people.[3]
