The Red Panther was a sailing vessel on Nalthis.[1]
Lightsong, Llarimar, and his family were traveling on the Red Panther where, during a storm, Llarimar's daughter Tatara was swept over-board. Lightsong dove in after her and tied a rope around her leg, so she could be pulled up. However he was dragged further underwater and unable to get back to the surface, drowned.
