The Shard -- or Shards -- who have claimed Obrodai have manifested an "avatar of their being" on Obrodai; an unknown female entity who has been instilled with a great dislike of Hoid in order to prevent his returning there.[1]
Possibly a water based environment with some sort of trial created by the Shard located here, completing the Shards tests will gain the shards respect. [1]
