A Shardworld is the colloquial name for a planet that exists in the cosmere. There are ten "core" Shardworlds[1] all of which have major Shardic influence.

In addition to this, there are many minor shardworlds which are differentiated by "the amount of Investiture, and whether there is actually a Shard in presence." A minor shardworld may have magical aspects to the setting, but this would manifest itself more as people interacting with nature than as people having powers themselves.[2]
