Thaidakar es el líder de los Sangre Espectralen Roshar,[2] al que a veces se refieren como maestro Thaidakar.[1] Thaidakar, junto con los Sangre Espectral, es mencionado a menudo como enfrentado a los Hijos de Honor.
Cuando Gavilar Kholin, un importante Hijo de Honor, iba a morir, le dijo a Szeth que "dijera a Thaidakar que llegaba demasiado tarde."[3]
