Fine is a purple and orange taynix found on Detritus.[1]
Fine got its name when Jorgen said "Fine, but I'm not naming it."[1] Fine repeatedly flutes "Fine!", often in response to humans saying the word "fine".[1][2]
Fine has the cytonic ability of communication and was used to communicate with Cuna in the novella Sunreach.[3][4]
Gill brought Fine to Sunreach, triggering the realization that the taynix want to help.[5]
Jorgen brought Fine to ReDawn in case the people on Detritus needed to contact him.
