For those who want to help: as a general rule, if there exists a page for that word/phrase in this usage (or it should exist but doesn't) then it does not belong on this list. This would not exclude things like Stormfather! since in that usage it is not referring to the stormfather himself rather it is simply referring to the common exclamation.
