Wan ShaiLu (Shai) was a Forger on Sel.
She has the ability to create a Soulstamp and with this Forge things, changing them from one form to another. However, she needs to know the past and the nature of the object she Forges.
While imprisoned for a theft and awaiting public execution, she was asked by the council of arbiters to Forge a soul in exchange for her freedom.
