[[Kaladin]], at this point is familiar with his tactics, indicating that they had previews battles, knows that he is found of long arrow volleys.{{ref|b|sa1|c|47}} During Kaladin's last Battle with Amaram's army there is a full Shardbearer from Vedenar in his army.{{ref|b|sa1|c|51}} The Shardberer is killed by Kaladin and Hallaw loses this battle, to Amaram.
