This seems to be from the perspective of one of the Knights Radiant, likely from the Day of Recreance. The phrase "Why have you forsaken us, Almighty" likely refers to how, in the years before the Recreance, Honor did not support the newest generation of Radiants when they discovered the truth about the First Desolation, and instead raved about his belief that their Surgebinding would destroy Roshar.sa3 The phrase "Shard of my soul, where have you gone" seems to refer to how the Radiants lost their spren during the Recreance, as the Nahel Bond allows a spren to fill in some of the cracks in a person's soul.2542
