Armando is one of Stephen Leeds' aspects.[1]
He is a megalomaniac who lives in Stephen's attic, and believes he's the emperor of Mexico. Apparently, he has asked Ivy to marry him and become queen of Mexico, and asked Stephen to get his throne back. He does not seem to believe anyone when they tell him that Mexico is not ruled by an emperor anymore. He is also a photography expert.
