You're 100% right we don't want this to be in the list of partials, but there were some other categories to remove; I put <pre> tags around some templates to do this (and restored {{partial}} between the tags). As for when to restore {{partial}} outside the tags, that's when you put it back on the main page (though it could be {{complete}} instead then); don't wait for a Keeper to get around to reviewing it. Wait. The Urteau page says it's in the Northern Dominance. This page says it's in the category Western Dominance. So the Final Empire map says it's in the Northern Dominance. How do I fix that on here, then. I may have.
Make a Northern Dominance page?
Final Empire category doesn't show up on bottom. Systemic, not just this article. I think it would make sense to have TFE before Scadrial in categories.
There are no other events in other Dominances I've seen.
