Fortuity was a high epic Epic that lived in Newcago who had precognition and above-average dexterity.[1] He had a long face and hawkish nose. His powers could be partially mitigated by being attracted to someone. He is known for being one of the most homicidal epics in Newcago outside of Steelheart's inner circle, having killed a lot of innocent people. He liked to perform extispicy with his victims, an act of reading of entrails to predict the future. He was killed by Megan Tarash, who shot him with two bullets on each side of his body while he was in the air. Because he was airborne, the bullets were impossible to simultaneously dodge and as such killed him.

- Fortuity has precognition powers. He can sense what will happen in the near future, easily escaping danger caused by conventional methods.

- He also has secondary superhuman reflexes and dexterity.
