It should not contain groups of people sorted by ethnicity--for that, see [[:Category: Ethnicities and Nationalities|Ethnicities and Nationalities]]--nor should things be grouped by magic users--for that, see [[:Category: Magic Users|Magic Users]].
A good rule of thumb is that if something is a man-made organization or a family, it is categorized here (though that isn't only what can go here).
