[[Urteau]] contained one of the [[Lord Ruler]]'s [[storage cavern]]s, with food, water, supplies, and knowledge about [[electrum]].
==Seizing Power==
After the fall of the [[Final Empire]], [[Quellion]] seized power in Urteau. He claimed that anyone faithful to the [[Kelsier|Survivor]] would be safe in the mists. A law was made which required everyone to go into the [mist]s. He declared that those who survived were pure. Then, they began to kill [[noble]]s and those who had noble blood.{{book ref|mb3|49}}
