Tenth Anniversary Warbreaker Cover

At this point, I'm assuming you're asking if this cover should be on the gallery page (as an aside, this would have been way faster to handle on our Discord). That seems reasonable to me, so I've gone ahead and done that. I've also tweaked the way you linked the WoB so that MediaWiki doesn't want a references tag and we don't need to import it. I don't think this needs a reference on the actual page, but if the other Keepers feel it should, wob:13649 is probably the better one to cite.
