Nightblood as a Sliver?

I'm not talking about Endowment, as Susebron has more Breath than the sword but isn't a Sliver. I'm talking about how we're considering Rayse a Sliver, but he (and his Slivery Investiture) was consumed by Nightblood.

So, I think the Odium page lists Rayse as a Sliver since he's a former Vessel; especially in light of the recent WoB that Nightblood wouldn't be able to absorb an entire Shard, I think it's unclear at best—and honestly, probably a lot closer to unlikely—that Nightblood absorbed enough Investiture to become a Sliver. And while we don't have a scene after that event from Nightblood's point of view, it doesn't seem like he "[held] the infinite power of a Shard, but no longer does ... that changes your soul and leaves markers on it," as Brandon defined Sliverhood in another recent WoB; indeed, those two WoBs together kind of suggest to me that Nightblood cannot become a Sliver.
That said, while the Odium page listing Rayse as a Sliver is consistent with the Ruin and Preservation pages, I'm not sure that's the most accurate description of them. Like, it'd make sense to me if Rayse, Leras, Ati, or Vin had stuck around after they became Slivers, but they didn't and I think it'd make more sense to list them as former Vessels.
