Her true name is never mentioned during the The Way of Kings. The only time it has been used was during conversation between Dalinar and Navani, at which point the book only says SHHHHH. When Dalinar hears her name it sounds like the wind to him as part of his curse from the old magic. All that is known is that she is dead and Navani liked her.
