Her true name is never mentioned by name during the whole book. The only time it has been used was during conversation between [[Dalinar]] and [[Navani]], at which point the book only says SHHHHH. When [[Dalinar]] hears her name it sounds like the wind to him as part of his curse from the old magic. All we know is that she is dead and [[Navani]] liked her.
