[[Kaladin]] is in the process of becoming a Windrunner; also [[Szeth]] has the powers of a Windrunner, but is not a Windrunner himself.

These powers are gained, presumably, by bonding with an honorspren. Kaladin is in the process of becoming a Windrunner; also Szeth has the powers of a Windrunner, but is not a Windrunner himself.
