Argent just removed this the other day and I agree he's right--I don't think the fact that someone has a name similar to a Herald justifies a Trivia entry questioning whether they are an incarnation of that Herald and the bit about naming children after Heralds does not belong on this page

Jasnah Kholin finds a quote that is attributed to Talatin during her research of ancient Rosharan texts and adds it to her notebook.sa1 The quote mentions fighting Voidbringers and warns against their ability to transform.sa1

Trivia
* Talatin's name has similarities to the Herald Talenel, the patron of the Order of Stonewards who has been known by many names including Talatsa2 and Talenelat'Elin.sa2 However, naming children after Heralds is common on Roshar3199 and Nale believes that he was the only Herald to join his own Order.sa3 If both Nale and Jasnah have accurate information, this precludes Talatin from being an incarnation or alias of Talenel.
