;Summary
Lifeforce enters his lab, and discovers that the Reckoners have kidnapped Perrick. The city shakes again, and Lifeforce opens Wingflare’s drawer. For two hours, Lifeforce experiments with the DNA, desperately working. Lux starts to fall in earnest. Lifeforce grabs three syringes with Wingflare’s modified DNA, then injects all three into himself. The injections work, and Lifeforce uses Wingflare’s power, grabbing hold of Lux as it falls.
