instead.
Template
Category: Character images and Category: Art are the two most common types, so they are prefilled here; delete the one (or both) that's not applicable.

Type Tags
The type
parameter provides a row for tags which categorize the file in different ways:

is placed on any image depicting a character{{cat tag|interior art}}
is used to indicate when a file is from inside one of the published books{{cat tag|art}}
is used on artist depictions of scenes and other more complex images{{cat tag|maps}}
categorize any cartographic images{{cat tag|symbols}}
&{{cat tag|diagrams}}
indicate symbols & diagrams{{cat tag|chapter icons}}
collect all the images used in books with icons in the chapter headings
It also allows for any other kind of tagging for images when it makes sense
