[[Steris]] implies that Spook ruled as an emperor for a century before stepping down from power and that he would be the last Emperor/King and move to more Governor type of ruling.{{book ref|bom|5}} [[Marasi]] later refers to him as as "The most powerful Allomancer who ever lived. A nearly mythological figure, someone who had all sixteen Allomantic powers in one body."{{book ref|aol|7}}
