===MeetingJoining the Voidbringers===

====Meeting====

Moash sat and ate some stew by the fire while he listened to Graves and Febrth argue over which direction to go. Graves wanted to follow the map, while Febrth wanted to follow the Passions. Grave argued with him saying he was supposed to have given up such superstitions to follow the Diagram now. Moash continued to eat the "stew," but admitted that he hated it when any of them cooked as no one could cook like Rock. Done eating, Moash dropped his bowl, spilling the stew, grabbed his coat, and walked away from the pair. Moash kicked a rock and stubbed his toe, cursing and looking over his shoulder as the argument ended.{{book ref|sa3|43}}

With a shrug, he tossed his spear aside and summoned his Blade. He pressed his hand to the gemstone and willed the bond to break, throwing the sword to the ground. One of the Voidbringers took it and another flew off, leaving Moash confused. A short time later, six more returned and they seized the Shardplate bundles and then picked up Moash and hauled him into the air.{{book ref|sa3|43}}

====Revolar====

The Voidbringers carried Moash to the city of Revolar, where they dropped him outside the city and shoved him towards a group of lesser parshmen. Arms aching from being carried, Moash stretched and looked around the city. He noticed the city had been taken over completely by the Voidbringers who left, handing him over to the parshmen. He waited until they herded him and others towards one of the large storm bunkers outside the city. The parshwoman told the group not to fight or run, or they would be beaten or killed, calling them the slaves now. The parshmen searched the belongings of the humans, allowing Moash to pass as he didn't having anything on him of value.{{book ref|sa3|45}}

He recalled how he'd always been met with hostility no matter where he went, except for Bridge Four. Bridge Four had been special and he failed that test. As he looked around, he realized Graves had been right. This is who he really was. The parshmen shouted the jobs that needed tending to for the day. Moash frowned and asked a man next two him why they offered work since they were supposed to be slaves. The man told Moash that if you don't work, you don't eat, so there really wasn't much of a choice. As the man volunteered for a job, Moash walked around, unsettled as he did with the parshmen's perfect Alethi.{{book ref|sa3|45}}

He walked around the stations where jobs were being offered, stopping at the third one recognizing the work and clothes to be that of caravaneers. He asked one of the caravaneers if Guff was around and the young man pointed him out, but said there weren't any jobs available. Another told him not to draw too much attention to himself or they would slap a harness on him.{{book ref|sa3|45}}

Despite what they said, he headed over to where Guff stood. He was surprised to see Moash, knowing he had been off to the Shattered Plains. He figured the caravan was all dead, no one would have bet on him returning. Moash said that was a wise bet. Guff asked him what he needed and Moash answered that he just needed to be who he once was. Guff said that didn't make any sense and Moash explained that they tried to break him, they did, but then he was made a new man again and he threw it all away. He asked Guff why they must always do that, take something precious and throw it away. Guff asked him if he was a soldier and Moash showed him his patchless uniform coat.{{book ref|sa3|45}}

Guff pulled him to the side and led him to another bunker. The guard told him he was supposed to be on duty, but Guff replied he was and he found a soldier. The guard turned his focus to Moash and asked if he was a deserter. Moash nodded, knowing it was true in more ways than one. Moash recognized the man he was led to, Highlord Paladar, Vamah's kinsman and regent, known for his greed and corruption. Paladar asked Moash if he knew of any news from the Shattered Plains. As Moash looked around and saw the way the people behaved, he had a revelation.{{book ref|sa3|45}}

He wasn't broken. The Alethi society, both lighteyed and dark and perhaps all of humankind were broken. He was no exception as he always ruined what he had been given. He realized that men like Kaladin were the rare exception. Moash refused to say anything and the Brighlord assumed something was wrong with him. He ordered Moash thrown out and for Guff to be beaten. The guards hauled him out and they threw him into the street. There, he volunteered for the most difficult job they had - pulling wagons of supplies for the Voidbringer army.{{book ref|sa3|45}}
