Um, I know Oathbringer is long, but it doesn't have a "Chapter 1002". I assume this was meant to be 102, so I'll change it to that. Correct me if my correction is incorrect.
(In Oathbringer, Malata, Taravangian's radient dustbringer, insists to Taravangian that "never mind that organized devotion to Honor is what killed hundreds of ashspren in the first place.” Don't know the page but near the drawing o the anticipationspren)

Ashspren like to break things around them.{{book ref|sa3|27}}{{book ref|sa3|107}} They form [[Nahel bond]]s with [[Surgebinder]]s of the [[Order of Dustbringers]].
 
It is unknown what they look like in the Physical Realm. In Shadesmar, they take the form of humans with "skin the color of old white ashes" that disintegrates and blows away when stretched to reveal their bones, before quickly growing back.{{book ref|sa3|102}} Many ashspren are still hostile towards humans{{book ref|sa3|102}} for the deaths of their friends in the [[Recreance]].{{book ref|sa3|107}} Additionally it has been suggested that many Ash spren where killed in the formation of the organised worship of Honor (Vorin church/Hierocracy).{{book ref|sa3|1002102}}
