Theoretically [[Rioter]]s would also work there or have rioting parlors. They often have [[Aluminum]] plating in the walls to prevent the strong [[Allomancy|pushing of emotions]] inside the building from affecting other people outside the building. People go to these Soothing parlors often because inat this [[Mistborn era 2 | time period]], the lower class is worked very hard, and have very difficult lives. This leads them to rebel, but also to go to these Soothing parlors.
