After [[Sazed]] picked up both [[Shard]]s, becoming [[Harmony]], more thenthan one type of Mist began appearing, and the Mists no longer obscured the land every night. There are now two types of Mists, one representing [[Ruin]], a darker mist, and the other representing Preservation, a lighter mist. Where the mists are, [[Harmony]] can more directly influence things.
